Towing enforced at all times
All red curbs labelled FIRE LANE or NO PARKING are tow zones. No parking on landscaped areas.
Unauthorized, abandoned, inoperable or improperly parked vehicle(s) will be towed at owner’s or operator’s expense. Vehicle registration must be current for the vehicle and all residents must have a Roanoke windshield sticker. If you are in need of your Roanoke windshield sticker you will need to contact Avid Property Management.

Please note: Owners are allowed to only have vehicles towed from their own marked spaces. All non-numbered spaces are open parking and not reserved. A numbered space is reserved at all times for that unit owner or tenant. Avid Property Management must be contacted about the vehicle in question to have a vehicle towed by calling them or submitted via the Vehicle Reporting Form.
