The new mailboxes arrived this week and the Board is currently working on getting them installed at the earliest time possible to resolve the issue with mail not being delivered. Please note, new trash and recycle containers are on property! The Roanoke Townhomes now have: 1-8 yard and 1-4 yard container for trash and 1-8 yard container for recycling. The service schedule will remain the same for both.
