Dear Roanoke owners:
Please find attached SAMPLE water bills. These samples were prepared by Utilibill.com using a sample charge for water and sewer of $6,666.76. Water billing at Roanoke will start in the next 10 days with the first bill due April 1 and a 5 day grace period. Late fees will not start accruing until May to allow ample time for notice and making payment arrangements.
Payment can be done in the portal, ACH, or by mailing a check to AVID at the Lewisville, TX address. Charges will be posted by AVID to each owner’s individual account and Utilibill.com will mail a Postcard as depicted below.
Water used for grass irrigation by the entrance area and by the clubhouse is billed separately by SAWS and paid by the HOA. The HOA will also pay Utilibill.com’s administrative charges. Water usage varies month to month.
