New Gate System, Codes/Remotes

The gate system for the community was updated recently in order to prepare coming changes with cellular services that would have impacted its functionality. In order to maintain this system in an organized and practical manner, all homeowners need to fill out the Gate Information Sheet they should have received by email from Avid Management. This will need to be done in order to obtain a new gate code within the new system, as well as recode any current gate remotes to make sure they are connected to the new system. A complete gate system clean out is being done in order to have the records accurate to the current homeowners/tenants so please fill out and send the document back to cs@avidtexas.com. Once you submit the document, your current remote and new gate code will be activated and fully functional within 24-48 hours. If you did not receive the email and/or the document, please reach out to cs@avidtexas.com who will be able to assist you.

In an effort to increase security, the residents and frequent visitors’ vehicles license plates are also being requested to identify those that do not belong in the property. Stickers or placards will be issued in the near future. A contract with Bexar County Towing is being reactivated to have improperly parked, inoperable or unregistered vehicles parked long term towed.

A hard deadline of end of business day (4pm) Friday, February 18th, to get this clean out done is being implemented, so all documents are needed by then. If Avid does not receive this paperwork from you by that date you will not receive a new gate code, and your current remotes will not be programmed into the system as we need the specific information to accomplish the goal.
