A Note from the Roanoke Condominiums Homeowner’s Association, Inc. Board of Directors:
Due to the rising COVID-19 numbers, HOA attorney recommendations, and the new requirements set forth by the San Antonio Mayor in Section 2 of the FOURTH ADDENDUM TO THE 8TH DECLARATION OF PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY REGARDING COVID-19 the community pool will be closed. An HOA is considered a commercial entity and the addendum requires, “all visitors to the…facilities… go through a pre-screening involving symptom questions”. The HOA does not provide a staff person to monitor or screen visitors to the pool area, therefore the Roanoke Condominium’s Community Pool must close until further notice.
