The new mailboxes arrived this week and the Board is currently working on getting them installed at the earliest time possible to resolve the issue with mail not being delivered. Once the mailboxes are installed the Board will work to communicate with the residents on how to retrieve the new keys for the mailboxes.
Below is an example of what the new mailboxes will look like in the mail center. The current mailboxes will be removed and the spaces closed and painted and the new boxes will be placed in front of them. Three mailboxes will be placed on the long wall side with the bulletin board and the remaining two in the opposite two corners.
